Role Summary:
- An (Ampcus Company) is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter with a strong technical background to join our team
- In this pivotal role, you will drive and support our recruitment efforts for complex technical and professional positions, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent
- You will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver scalable and effective hiring solutions that fuel our growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and document job requirements for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Leverage technical knowledge to assess candidate suitability for various IT, engineering, and technical roles
- Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring data to improve processes and inform leadership decisions
- Optimize the recruitment workflow by identifying and implementing process improvements
- Communicate hiring progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build talent pipelines
- Promote the employer brand and create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent specialist roles
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and discuss technical job requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
