The role: 

Workday Absence & Time functional Lead "Required experience and skills:

- 5+ years experience with Workday Absence & Time both hands on & from a Strategic standpoint
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills with a proven track record
- Global experience would be a nice to have " Core "Job Profile Summary

The Workday Functional specialist provides global and local solutions to business problems and requirements outside of the country implementations. This role requires a good understanding of the organisation's strategy, way of working and business architecture as well as an outside-in perspective. You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimising our Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, where the employee experience is one of our key focus areas.

We are looking for you:

If you have proven 4-6 years of experience in Workday implementation.
If you have experience in multiple Workday modules: Workday Core HCM and Absence & Time are a must have
And at least 1 of the following: Benefits, Recruitment, Expenses, Time & LMS and Talent
Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM and Absence/or other modules
If you have a strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions.
If you have experience as Functional Consultant in at least 2 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment.
If you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
If you have Business Analytical skills – ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand.
If you have an organized and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
