Job Role- Strategic Planner:
Co-ordination with branches regarding their Sales & Marketing figures, forecast & achievements
Data collection and Analysis w.r.t. forecasts, achievements, collections etc.
Maintain objectives & trend analysis data
MIS related activities including MRP/ERP data maintenance, fetching and presentation
Customer Lifecycle Management
Customer Engagement Strategies
MS Office & Google Workspace
Conflict Resolution
Customer Feedback Analysis
Time Management
Team Collaboration
Key Attributes Needed
• Strategy Development:
Creates long-term strategic plans that align with the company's vision and objectives.
• Market & Data Analysis:
Researches market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.
• Performance Monitoring:
Assesses the effectiveness of implemented strategies and monitors sales metrics to gauge success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Reporting & Presentation:
Prepares and delivers reports and presentations to senior leadership, summarizing findings and recommending strategic adjustments.
• Goal Alignment:
Ensures that departmental and operational goals align with the overall company strategy.
