Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Specialist with recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition and relationship management, combined with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This is a pivotal role that combines sales expertise with recruitment industry knowledge to deliver tailored workforce solutions to our clients
Role & responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Management:
Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and offering customized solutions.
Should be able to effectively communicate and engage with executive-level positions such as CFO, CEO, and CTO.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Recruitment Expertise:
Leverage your recruitment background to consult with clients on their hiring strategies.
Understand job descriptions, talent requirements, and industry trends to position C1 as a trusted recruitment partner.
Market Analysis & Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Provide strategic insights to refine sales and recruitment strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with talent acquisition specialists to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interaction using CRM tools
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (1+ year preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client engagement, and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
