Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Specialist with recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition and relationship management, combined with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This is a pivotal role that combines sales expertise with recruitment industry knowledge to deliver tailored workforce solutions to our clients

Role & responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Management:

  2. Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.

  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and offering customized solutions.
  4. Should be able to effectively communicate and engage with executive-level positions such as CFO, CEO, and CTO.

  5. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  6. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  7. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

  8. Recruitment Expertise:

  9. Leverage your recruitment background to consult with clients on their hiring strategies.

  10. Understand job descriptions, talent requirements, and industry trends to position C1 as a trusted recruitment partner.

  11. Market Analysis & Insights:

  12. Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

  13. Provide strategic insights to refine sales and recruitment strategies.

  14. Collaboration & Reporting:

  15. Work closely with talent acquisition specialists to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.

  16. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interaction using CRM tools

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (1+ year preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client engagement, and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
