We help businesses stay compliant, reduce owner dependency, and improve accountability by automating tasks and reminders (WhatsApp-first, simple to use).

Role: Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic field sales executives who are passionate about helping MSMEs adopt digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit MSMEs (manufacturers, hospitals, engineering firms, etc.) in the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, trade associations, and referrals.
  • Explain MyProsys features (compliance automation, task tracking, WhatsApp reminders) in a simple, problem-solving way.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to owners and decision makers.
  • Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Maintain regular reporting of leads, visits, and closures in CRM.
  • Collect payments and ensure proper onboarding handover to implementation team.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate/Diploma in any stream. MBA preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 1–4 years in B2B/field sales (Software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, compliance tools, or even banking/insurance sales experience acceptable).
  • Skills:
  • Good communication in Hindi/English/regional language.
  • Confidence in meeting MSME owners.
  • Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge (tech-friendly).
  • Target-oriented mindset with self-motivation.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary (₹15k–25k/month depending on experience) + Travel Allowance + Attractive Incentives.
