Job Description Assistant Manager Deputy Manager Business FinanceJob Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Controller to join our team This role involves managing financial reporting key account finance and commercial oversight while supporting strategic decision making across the organization Key Responsibilities The incumbent in this position will Maintain accurate financial records and segmented reporting guide teams on transaction processing and account reconciliations Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and key performance drivers Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and dashboards Develop business models and commercial proposals for new and existing opportunities Manage financial relationships with key clients ensuring account profitability and strategic alignment Oversee customer and vendor contract management including pricing negotiations and compliance with commercial clauses Monitor project P Ls ensure budget compliance and implement strategies to improve margins Support the development and implementation of financial controls across teams Lead budgeting financial planning rolling forecasts and financial ratio analysis Partner with sales and operations to support new initiatives and provide line level service P L insights Drive continuous improvement and automation in financial processes Experience 6 8 years of relevant experience in managing Business FinanceEducational Qualification CASkills and Competencies Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Familiarity with healthcare systems and terminology is preferred
