Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Jaipur
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹1,00,000/month
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and research.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Foster long-term client relationships for repeat business and satisfaction.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to exceed goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.
What We Offer:
