Position Overview:

We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager who has hands-on experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr. The candidate should have a deep understanding of IT services and solutions and be fluent in English, with the ability to engage international clients with confidence and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, closing deals, and being the bridge between technical teams and clients. If you have an eye for opportunity, a passion for technology, and the skill to convert inquiries into projects — we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and bid for relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other B2B portals.
  • Create persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project scope and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, project managers) to finalize pricing, timelines, and technical feasibility.

  • Maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing international clients.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries via email, messages, and calls.
  • Keep records of sales, proposals, negotiations, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, bidding patterns, and client expectations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Business Development or Online Bidding in an IT company.
  • Proven success in winning bids and converting leads on platforms like Upwork.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Well-versed with IT service offerings such as web/app development, design, software solutions, etc.
  • Confident in conducting video calls, negotiations, and client presentations.
