About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the IT industry to drive sales, acquire clients, and expand our market presence. This is a target-based role where success will be measured by lead generation, deal closures, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling IT solutions, software, SaaS, or digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities in the IT domain through lead generation, networking, and direct sales.
  • Understand client requirements and propose IT solutions (software, SaaS, digital transformation, web/app development, cloud, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to create effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM data.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in IT business development / IT sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online lead generation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
