We are looking for a Backend Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of barcode printers, spare parts, and consumables such as labels and ribbons. This is a coordination-based role focused on sales support and customer service rather than field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a sales orders for barcode printers, printer parts, and consumables.
  • Communicate with customers through phone and email regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch and invoicing.
  • Follow up for payments, pending quotations, and repeat consumable orders.
  • Coordinate with the technical/service team for warranty, repairs, or part replacement requests.
  • Keep track of inventory levels for fast-moving consumables and parts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in backend or inside sales, preferably in barcode, IT hardware, or office automation industry.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
