Job Summary:

The Office Executive will assist in the efficient functioning of the Dean Academics and Dean Research & Development offices. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating academic and research activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication within and across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to both Deans.
  • Draft and manage official correspondence, documentation, and reports.
  • Maintain and update departmental records and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and departmental events.
  • Assist in data collection and preparation of academic/research reports.
  • Communicate with faculty, staff, and students for departmental coordination.
  • Support the organization of seminars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Handle confidential documents with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and task completion as per departmental requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Masters preferred).
  • 1-6 years of relevant administrative or office management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
