**Job Title**: Operations Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the **deployment of assets** to clients or field locations as per the operational schedule.
- Manage **asset recovery**, ensuring safe return and checking for damage, usage, or loss.
- Maintain **accurate asset tracking** using internal systems or asset management software.
- Perform **on-site checks and visits** to verify asset condition, location, and proper usage.
- Liaise with logistics teams, vendors, and field staff to ensure smooth delivery and pickup operations.
- Maintain **deployment logs**, recovery status reports, and asset handover forms.
- Investigate and resolve **any discrepancies** or damages during deployment or recovery.
- Support audit processes by providing updated data on asset movement and condition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding asset handling and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Tech, Admin, Accounts) for asset-related queries.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or asset management preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and conduct field visits as required.
- Proficient in MS Office and asset tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of inventory or fleet management is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
