Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Consultant with 12 to 14 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Azure Kubernetes Services and Microsoft Azure IoT. Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus. This role offers a hybrid work model with no travel required and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Azure Kubernetes Services to enhance product efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee the integration of Microsoft Azure IoT solutions to optimize industrial manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into future product development cycles.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve product offerings.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical insights and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive societal impact. Qualifications
  • Possess extensive experience in Azure Kubernetes Services and Microsoft Azure IoT.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have a background in Industrial Manufacturing which is considered an advantage.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Display a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Maintain a customer-centric mindset to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Deploying lightweight Kubernetes distributions (K3s MicroK8s OpenShift at the Edge)

Configuring hardware resources and networking for remote/low resource locations

Implementing remote management automation and zero-touch provisioning

Ensuring security and compliance in distributed environments

Synchronising edge and cloud data using IoT gateways and message brokers

Setting up monitoring and alerting for edge clusters
