What You'll Do -
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint/Saviynt SME with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based on-site in Hyderabad and is open to both full-time employees and contract-based professionals.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SailPoint IdentityIQ, ISC and/or Saviynt platforms.
• Lead the design, implementation, and support of identity governance solutions across the enterprise.
• Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy configuration, access reviews, and certifications.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and define IGA solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.
• Ensure best practices and compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.

What You Bring To The Role

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Saviynt in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and lifecycle processes.
• Excellent understanding of Java and BeanShell scripting in the context of SailPoint.
• Experience in integrating SailPoint/Saviynt with various systems and directories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be able to interface with business and technical teams effectively.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
