Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Associate based in Noida. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting thorough research on dispute resolution trends, drafting reports, and developing new methodologies for ADR processes. The role includes data analysis, preparing case studies, and supporting the mediation and arbitration teams with up-to-date information. The Research Associate will also assist in organizing seminars and training sessions related to ADR.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in drafting reports and creating case studies
  • Knowledge of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes and legal frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Previous experience in a legal or ADR environment is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
