Job Title: Primary Research Associate – CATI

Location: Noida

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a Primary Research Associate – CATI with a passion for data collection and insights. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in primary research using CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) methods and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary research using CATI methodologies to gather reliable and accurate data.
  • Engage with respondents professionally over phone calls to collect information as per research objectives.
  • Maintain and update databases with collected information accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to research protocols, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely updates and reports.
  • Support questionnaire design and improvements based on respondent feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in primary research, preferably with CATI projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
