Job Title: Research Associate (Primary Research & CATI)

Onsite (Rotational Shifts)

Experience Required:
Minimum 6 months in Primary Research and CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing)

Compensation:
Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Research Associate
with hands-on experience in
Primary Research
and
CATI process
. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to conduct high-quality research across multiple industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research across various demographics and industry verticals.
  • Perform market sizing, market analysis, and forecasting in line with project requirements.
  • Understand project scope, target audience, and manage respondent quotas effectively.
  • Source accurate contact data and schedule interviews or appointments.
  • Conduct market research interviews through telephone (CATI) and desk research.
  • Maintain and update project documentation as directed by Project Leads.
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate, high-quality insights to meet client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience:
    6 to 12 months in CATI-based market research and primary data collection.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with data sourcing platforms such as
    ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, Apollo
    , or similar.
