  • Make outbound calls to candidates from the leads provided.
  • Explain job details and screen candidates based on basic criteria.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with the HR team.
  • Follow up with candidates until the interview process is completed.
  • Maintain records and update daily reports.
  • Provide support in basic HR activities as needed.
  • Skills Required:
  • Good English communication
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Confidence while speaking on phone
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills

  • 9 AM TO 6 PM
  • MON TO FRI

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
