As a dynamic and competent Assistant Vice President (AVP) in Talent Acquisition at LogiNext, your role will involve designing and implementing recruiting strategies to help the organization achieve its strategic growth objectives through resource realignment and top grading of talent. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring recruitment procedures, managing a team of recruiters, and overseeing recruitment vendors to ensure a customer-centric approach and successful execution of department goals in a fast-paced and agile work environment. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the VP Human Capital to identify and establish strategic priorities and targets aligned with LogiNext's policies. - Implement initiatives to maximize output and contribute to department goals. - Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment matters, providing professional support and advice to line managers. - Guide Recruitment Specialists in identifying talent pools and sourcing suitable candidates efficiently. - Screen and shortlist senior-level applicants effectively. - Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources and service providers to attract ideal candidates. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. - 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition within a technology company. - Knowledge of SaaS-related recruitment strategies. - Proficiency in people assessment, structured and behavioral interviewing, and facilitation techniques. - Familiarity with psychometric testing tools and assessment design. - Proactively enhance department and organization reputation by taking ownership of tasks and seeking opportunities to add value.
