We're Hiring: Marketing Manager – EcoLine Clothing

EcoLine Clothing, India's first fully sustainable fashion brand from recycled PET bottles, is looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Karur, Tamil Nadu.

At EcoLine, we combine sustainability, technology, and fashion to create stylish, high-performance garments with a positive impact on the planet. We're now seeking a dynamic professional to lead our marketing strategy, brand building, and corporate outreach.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, offline, events) to build EcoLine as a leading sustainable fashion brand.


• Drive B2B outreach with corporates, institutions, and retail partners; support sales with campaigns and branding material.


• Manage digital marketing (social media, SEO, paid ads, influencer collaborations, content marketing).


• Lead corporate sustainability marketing – promote EcoLine's unique CO₂ & water savings certificates for clients' ESG/BRSR goals.


• Plan and manage trade fairs, exhibitions, and brand activations.


• Build and lead a small marketing team, coordinate with design & production teams.


• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications & Skills


• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field (preferred, but not mandatory with strong experience).


• 5–8 years of marketing experience (fashion, textiles, apparel, or FMCG preferred).


• Strong experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.


• Proven ability in B2B client engagement and corporate marketing.


• Excellent communication, presentation & leadership skills.


• Passion for sustainability and fashion innovation.
