Key Responsibilities
Telecalling & Patient Engagement
● Make outbound calls to leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to convert into consultations or therapies.
● Handle inbound patient queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
● Maintain patient engagement by sending reminders, follow-up messages, and appointment confirmations.
● Record details of conversations and outcomes in CRM/Excel.
Front Office & Reception Duties
● Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
● Manage patient appointments, schedules, and walk-ins efficiently.
● Handle billing, receipts, and maintain cash/payment records.
● Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and the marketing team for smooth operations.
● Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional standards in the reception area.
Documentation & Reporting
● Update daily call logs, patient visit records, and appointment trackers.
● Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports for management review.
● Collect patient feedback and ensure it is documented accurately.
Key Skills
● Strong communication skills (English, Kannada; Hindi/Tamil/Telugu a plus).
● Patient-friendly, empathetic, and confident personality.
● Good telephone etiquette and persuasive ability.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets (CRM experience is a plus).
● Ability to multitask between front office and telecalling responsibilities.
● Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
