Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Huzurabad

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (1–3 years minimum).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in NBFC.
  • Multilingual abilities (optional but a plus).
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
