Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst based in Indore. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving quality standards across processes to ensure exceptional performance. Key responsibilities include performing audits, implementing quality assurance measures, controlling quality standards, and preparing reports and feedback to optimize performance. Communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks is also a vital aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Excellent Communication skills to provide feedback and work effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of adherence to industry standards and best practices in quality assurance
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality
  • Experience in a similar role within the BPO industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
