Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize performance and contribute to our luxury D2C journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including sales, marketing, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and Python to support business decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations aligned with Kimirica's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategy evaluation for D2C and retail initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in data analysis, business analytics, or related roles.
  • Skills:
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
  • SQL – querying, joins, aggregations
  • Python – data analysis and visualization
  • Dashboarding / Reporting – Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Exposure to ecommerce, D2C, or retail metrics is preferred.
