This isn't a back-office data job — it's a client-facing, high-impact role where your analysis will directly influence how industry leaders operate and grow.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets across real estate, hospitality, travel, and e-commerce domains
  • Build insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that reveal trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with client teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimization levers
  • Provide data-backed recommendations that improve conversion, retention, and operational efficiency
  • Design and maintain ETL workflows to ensure clean, consistent, and reliable data
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable strategies for executives and product teams
  • Contribute to building internal tools, data models, and best practices for our growing analytics team

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Experience with datasets in real estate, travel, or e-commerce sectors
  • Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, business KPIs, and operational metrics
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to uncover meaningful patterns in data
  • Experience with predictive modeling or machine learning for forecasting and optimization
  • Familiarity with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
