The Client Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring exceptional client experiences by serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. This position supports the smooth execution of projects, manages communication, and ensures that client needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, including setting up accounts, collecting required information, and scheduling initial meetings.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.

  • Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and proactively.
