We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Tax Compliance:
  • Handle GST-related activities, including filing returns, reconciling input/output taxes, and managing GST audits.
  • Prepare and submit Income Tax returns, ensuring timely compliance.
  • TDS, Profession Tax, ESIC knowledge.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Import /Export Documentation Knowledge required.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records.
  • General Ledger and Month-End Closing:
  • Maintain the general ledger and perform month-end closing activities.
  • Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Assist in financial statement consolidation.
  • E-commerce Focus (Preferred):
  • Leverage your understanding of E-commerce operations to enhance financial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue recognition and cost allocation.
  • Audit Support:
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
