At Flo Mattress, we're one of India's leading D2C brands, redefining how the country sleeps with premium mattresses and advanced cooling technology. As we grow, we need a Senior Accountant who can independently manage GST, TDS, and compliance, while ensuring smooth financial operations.

Your Role

  • File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately and on time.
  • Handle TDS/TCS deductions and filings end-to-end.
  • Maintain books of accounts and ledgers in Tally ERP.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage vendor invoices.
  • Generate reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Support statutory audits and ensure compliance readiness.

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of hands-on accounting and compliance experience.
  • Strong knowledge and practical filing experience in GST and TDS.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, data handling).
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and reliable.

Good to Have

  • Experience with vendor compliance and invoice follow-ups.
  • Exposure to audit preparation and documentation.
  • Immediate availability.
