**Accounts Executive - KRA i.e Junior Accountant**

**Primary Activities**

1. Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

2. Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transaction are recorded.

3. Bank related work for the company

4. Perform reconciliations -bank statements & general ledgers at regular interval.

5. Update accounts receivable and Process invoices.

6. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliation.

7. Preparing salary sheet and transfer salary accordingly.

8. Update financial data in a timely manner and manage mode of payments

9. Coordinating with bank in case of any problem related to payments.

10. Coordinating with higher authorities related to any bank payment pending or for due dates for payment.

11. Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

12. Assist senior accountants in the process of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting/ financial guidelines

13. React in a timely manner if the information is not accurate and prepare accurate reports
- As needed, assist with other accounting projects

**Secondary Activities**
- Petty cash voucher entry
- Filing of documents.
- Providing salary statement to employees as per company policy.
- Allotting task to JR. Accountant Executive, if any
- Analyzing the KPI’s and reports submission quarterly
