Job Overview:

A Business Manager at Kogta Financial is responsible for sales, team management, and business development within their assigned area, focusing on asset finance products like commercial Vehicle loans. Key duties include achieving sales targets, acquiring new clients, managing a team of Relationship Officers, overseeing collections, and ensuring smooth loan processing and revenue generation. The role requires a background in sales and collections from the banking or NBFC sector and strong financial and communication skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing team of DSTs.
• Team Building and Channel Development.
• Achievement of business plan.
• Ensuring the portfolio quality.
• Resolution of PDD (if any).
• Take care of collections.
• Strong check on the ED & NS cases.
• Portfolio management in coordination with OPS & Collection.
• Asset Verification of the cases under processing.
• Taking care of commercial vehicle loan business across assigned territory.
• Regular review meetings with team below & above.
• Random joint field visits.
• Training and People Development.
• Timely disposal of Repo stock.

What were looking for:

• Relevant Experience of Sales and Collection (in Asset Finance products, Commercial Vehicle loan ( Used & New ) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Institutions.
• Must have knowledge and hands-on experience of retail sales.
• Good client servicing skills.
• Good financial, analytical and communication skills.
• Should have a proven track record of growth.
• Good grasping over collections should be there.
