About the Role:
Colors Queen is seeking a dynamic and analytical ECommerce Manager to lead online business operations for our growing beauty and cosmetics brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace accounts, driving sales performance, optimizing product listings, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the beauty industry, digital marketplaces, and consumer behavior to strengthen the brand's online presence and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace & Website Management
- Manage and scale business on marketplaces such as Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Purplle, and Colors Queen's own website.
- Oversee daily operations including product uploads, price management, order processing, and promotions.
- Ensure listings are always accurate, optimized, and updated with the latest product details, offers, and imagery.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment, timely dispatch, and minimal returns.
- Maintain account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
Sales Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales growth strategies and GTM (Go-To-Market) plans for new product launches.
- Plan and manage monthly/quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement.
- Analyse daily/weekly sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Create bundle offers, discounts, and campaign strategies for festive seasons and events.
- Collaborate with marketplaces to leverage flash sales, sponsored ads, and brand visibility campaigns.
Marketing & Brand Communication
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
- Ideate and execute digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and seasonal promotions.
- Optimize A+ content, product descriptions, videos, and imagery to match brand tone and aesthetic.
- Coordinate social media and website content for synchronized brand storytelling.
Financial & Reconciliation Management
- Work with the finance team to handle marketplace reconciliation including payments, commissions, returns, and deductions.
- Track advertising spends (AMS / CPC campaigns) and ensure ROI-driven execution.
- Analyse margins, pricing strategy, and profitability at SKU and platform level.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, inventory status, and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product performance insights.
- Utilize data analytics to recommend process improvements and sales growth opportunities.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams — marketing, design, operations, finance, and customer support for smooth execution.
- Liaise with marketplace account managers to secure better visibility, participation in events, and promotional slots.
