Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Executive located in New Delhi. The Visa Executive will be responsible for managing visa applications, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting clients with visa-related inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include processing documents, liaising with embassies and consulates, and coordinating with clients to gather necessary information and documents. The role also involves staying updated on visa policies and procedures to provide accurate advice and support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Visa Application Processing and Document Management
  • Knowledge of Visa Regulations and Compliance
  • Strong Communication and Client Service Skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
