Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth across various verticals. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering presentations, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and understanding client requirements to propose tailored solutions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Sales and Negotiation skills, including contract negotiation and closing
  • Technical knowledge of IT solutions, Networking, Communication Systems, and Electronic Security Systems
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and propose customized technology solutions for diverse industries
  • Problem-solving mindset, strategic thinking, and result-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred
  • Degree in Administration, or a related field is advantageous
