Community Liaison Officer

About the Role:
As a Community Liaison Officer at EasyDarshan, you will help bridge communication between EasyDarshan teams and local community groups. You will support customer outreach, provide information, address concerns, and ensure smooth coordination across assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Build strong communication with local representatives and organisations.
- Awareness Support: Share updates, program details, and customer guidance.
- Coordination: Assist customers in understanding schedules and procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain liaison logs, feedback notes, and daily coordination reports.
- On-Ground Support: Assist during customer movement and scheduled travel activities.
- Issue Resolution: Address local-level challenges promptly.
- Information Relay: Provide clear and timely updates from the field.
- Stakeholder Handling: Work with local partners to ensure organised activities.
- Customer Support: Provide basic assistance to customers requiring help.
- Consistency: Follow EasyDarshan guidelines for communication and behaviour.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Community Networking: Strong local connections and interpersonal skills.
- Communication: Ability to interact confidently with groups and individuals.
- Problem-Solving: Capability to resolve community-level challenges effectively.
- Documentation Skills: Maintain clear and accurate records.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in dynamic field environments.
- Technical Skills: Basic use of mobile apps and reporting tools.
- Experience: 26 years in liaison or public engagement roles.
- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Local Language: Strong command of regional languages.
- Service Mindset: Polite, patient, and approachable.
