**Key Responsibilities of a Visa Filing Officer**:

- **Application Processing**:

- Ensure all required forms are correctly filled out and signed.
- **Documentation**:

- Collect, organize, and verify all supporting documents (e.g., passports, photographs, financial records, sponsorship letters).
- Ensure the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents.
- **Client Communication**:

- Guide clients on visa requirements, procedures, and timelines.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- **Liaison with Authorities**:

- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay updated on immigration laws and visa regulations for various countries.
- Handle confidential information securely and adhere to data protection policies.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with travel agents, employers, or educational institutions as needed.
- **Training and Reporting**:

- Educate clients about visa interview preparation if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
