Location: Hazratganj, Lucknow

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview

The House Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day household operations, supervising domestic staff, maintaining property standards, and coordinating all home-related activities. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Household Management

  • Oversee daily functioning of the household.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance across the property.
  • Manage home inventory (groceries, supplies, utilities).
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (plumbers, electricians, repair services, etc.).

Staff Supervision

  • Supervise and coordinate domestic help (cook, maid, driver, gardener, etc.).
  • Create schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain discipline and resolve staff-related issues professionally.

Maintenance & Coordination

  • Inspect property regularly; identify and escalate maintenance needs.
  • Arrange routine servicing for appliances, equipment, and household systems.
  • Maintain records of expenses, repairs, and service schedules.

Administrative & Errand Support

  • Handle bill payments, household purchases, tracking of expenses.
  • Run errands such as banking, shopping, courier, etc.
  • Manage guests, deliveries, and appointments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in house management, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage staff and vendors confidently.
  • Basic computer/phone handling for bills, online payments, coordination.
  • Trustworthy, polite, professional, and well-spoken.

  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Start Date: Immediate / As available

Pay: ₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
