Job Title: Project Head – Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL)Location: Surat, position: One (1)Job Title:Project Head –Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL)Location: Gandhinagar, position: One (1)About the Role:Cyfuture is seeking two seasoned and proactive Project Head to lead its initiatives with Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL) and Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL). This role requires close coordination with Field Response Teams (FRT) and senior government officials at the state level. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Transmission systems, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong background in project leadership within government-linked utility operations.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage project execution with DGVCL and UGVCL in accordance with defined objectives and timelines. Liaise effectively with FRT units and senior officials from Gujarat's power transmission departments. Ensure smooth implementation of technical solutions in transmission infrastructure.

Oversee project documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with government stakeholders and internal teams. Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure project success and alignment with broader organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on experience in the Transmission sector, particularly with state power utilities. Proven experience working with state electricity boards, DISCOMs, or power utilities in Gujarat or other Indian states. In-depth understanding of Field Response Team (FRT) functions, network operations, and state-level infrastructure deployment.

In-depth understanding of FRT operations and associated regulatory and technical frameworks. Proven ability to collaborate with government officials and public sector teams. Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
