Key Responsibilities
- Receive confirmed bookings from the Sales team and act as the primary customer contact for itinerary verification.
- Before travel, call the customer to: Walk them through the itinerary day by day. Ensure there are no gaps, miscommunications, or misunderstandings. Clearly explain inclusions and exclusions to set accurate expectations.
- Confirm the booking only once the customer acknowledges and agrees to the final itinerary.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to re-clarify before re-confirmation.
- Post-travel, call the customer to collect feedback and reviews.
- Maintain daily records of: Calls made and outcomes. Final confirmations received. Feedback collected.
- Maintain a structured database of destination-specific questions to ensure thorough and consistent discussions.
- Continuously learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all destinations offered by the company to confidently address customer queries during pre- and post-travel calls.
