Halo Energy Solutionz, a leading solar installation company in Kerala, is looking for a Sales and Operations Executive to handle customer calls, explain our solar products/services, and generate leads. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude to convert inquiries into potential sales. Female candidates are preferred.

Sales & Customer Interaction:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain solar solutions, and convert leads into bookings.
  • Follow up with interested leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Guide customers through the installation process and answer queries regarding pricing, procedures, and timelines.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with internal teams and customers.
  • Act as a communication bridge between customers and the field installation team.
  • Monitor ongoing installation and maintenance jobs and ensure timely completion.
  • Handle rescheduling or delays and inform clients accordingly.

Documentation & Admin:

  • Verify and manage documentation related to installations, billing, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that customer records, invoices, and reports are updated and filed properly.
  • Assist with preparing basic reports on sales, operations, and customer feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
