Reel Maker

We are looking for a creative, smart, and trend-savvy Reel Maker to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through short-form video content, skilled in editing tools, knowledgeable in AI-based video creation, and capable of independently handling shoots using an iPhone.

Job Role Overview

As a Reel Maker, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life through engaging visuals and trending content formats.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels & Shorts).
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-based video editing tools to produce polished content.
• Independently handle iPhone-based video shoots (angles, lighting, framing, stabilization).
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm concepts, scripts, and creative ideas.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and visual style across all content.
• Use AI tools for:
• Auto-editing
• Trend-based cutting
• Caption generation
• Visual enhancement
• AI voiceover / AI templates
• Stay updated with latest trends, reels formats, trending audio, and algorithms.
• Manage video assets, backups, and organized project files.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop
• AI video creation & editing tools (e.g., CapCut AI, Runway, Veed, etc.)
• Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling, transitions, and pacing.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of shooting techniques (lighting, composition, angles).
• Must own an iPhone (for shooting Reels) and be comfortable shooting independently.
• Good sense of timing, audio-video sync, and visual creativity.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, reel making, or video editing.
• Prior experience producing content for brands, agencies, or personal pages.
• Understanding of engagement strategies for Instagram and YouTube.
