From intelligent automation systems to VR-based learning and AI-powered innovations, we are redefining the future of industry.We are now hiring a Social Media & Brand Strategy Lead to elevate our digital footprint across all brands and drive a unified communication vision for the entire ecosystem.Your RoleAs the brand voice of the Wartens Ecosystem, you will craft creative, impactful, and consistent messaging across multiple companies. You will lead strategy, execution, and coordination between internal teams, external agencies, media partners, and clients.This role demands strong management abilities, creativity, ownership, and the confidence to make high-level brand decisions independently.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands under the Wartens Ecosystem.Manage all official pages (, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and measurable growth.Coordinate with clients, partners, and media suppliers for campaigns, collaborations, and content initiatives.Build, manage, and mentor a small internal social media & content team.Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form content aligned with each brand’s goals.Develop monthly social media calendars, performance reports, and analytics-based insights.Take full ownership of brand tone, content direction, and visual identity.Stay updated with trends in AI, automation, robotics, and emerging technologies—and transform these into compelling brand stories.Demonstrate strong management, leadership, and creative skills in handling multi-brand communication.RequirementsProven experience in social media management, branding, or digital marketing.Strong creativity, design sense, and storytelling ability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to guide teams and processes effectively.Confident decision-maker with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously.Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Interest or background in AI, technology, or industrial innovation is a major advantage.If you are not confident in decision-making or struggle with ownership, this role is not for you.Why Join Us?Work closely with founders, engineers, and innovators shaping the next generation of technology.Freedom to experiment, innovate, and grow your creative vision.Competitive salary with performance-based growth opportunities.
