Reel Maker

We are looking for a creative and driven *Reel Maker* to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through video, have hands-on experience with editing software and AI video tools, and be comfortable handling shoots independently.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging reels for social media platforms (primarily Instagram and YouTube Shorts).
• Use editing tools like *Adobe Premiere Pro, **Canva, **Adobe Photoshop, and **AI-based video editing tools* to create high-quality content.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and execute creative concepts.
• Manage and organize video assets and maintain a consistent aesthetic and brand voice.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video content and social media algorithms.

*Requirements:

• Proficiency in *Adobe Premiere Pro, **Canva, **Adobe Photoshop*, and AI-based video editing tools.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video shooting (angles, lighting, framing).
• Must own an *iPhone* and be comfortable using it for video shoots.
• Good sense of timing, visual storytelling, and audio syncing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

*Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with creating content for brands or personal pages (even academic or freelance projects count).
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
