Sales/Tender Executive and Service Engineer – Medical Devices

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive candidate to join our team as a Sales and Service Engineer. This role involves troubleshooting software-based medical devices, managing IT hardware/networking, and driving business growth through technical demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and support to existing users. - Installation & Commissioning:
Manage the setup and installation of medical equipment across various locations. - Sales & Business Development:
Develop new prospects through concept explanation, sales pitching, and product demonstrations. - Travel:
Willingness to travel PAN India for installations, sales meetings, and business requirements. - Product Expertise:
Effectively learn and apply knowledge of the company's products in the field.
Requirements:
- Experience:
1–2 years in Medical Devices or Biomedical Engineering. - Education:
Diploma or B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Instrumentation & Controls. - Technical Skills:
Proficiency in IT hardware, networking, Microsoft Office, and computer applications. - Domain Knowledge:
Preferred experience in fields such as Endocrinology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Forensic Medicine, Pathology, Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, or Sports Medicine.
