Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in kapashera, delhi India.

This post is open for male and female candidaes.

The Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end process of tender submissions, including document preparation, bid coordination, and ensuring compliance with specified requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also include analyzing tender notices, liaising with internal teams or vendors, and maintaining comprehensive records of tender activities. The role requires attention to detail and organizational skills to meet submission deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in tender management, documentation, and bid preparation
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting tender notices
  • preparing catalogues, handle gem and non gem tenders.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • Professional experience in the healthcare or surgical device industry is an advantage
