Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources professional for a Mid-Level position at our Andheri location. Qualifications and Skills

- Skilled in benefits administration, ensuring cohesive coordination of employee benefits and understanding regulatory compliance.
- Proven expertise in employee relations (Mandatory skill) with a focus on compliance, transparency, and ethical practices.
- Strong conflict resolution (Mandatory skill) abilities to address and mediate employee disputes adeptly.
- Effective performance management (Mandatory skill) strategies to align employee output with company objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires in alignment with company culture.

- Manage employee relations issues, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness in a dynamic marketplace.
