About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist who understands every aspect of the seller ecosystem. The ideal candidate should know the platform's algorithms, loopholes, and sales-boosting strategies, and have strong professional connections within the team. You will be responsible for managing listings, ads, visibility, and ROI optimization for our children's books and puzzles brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Use platform techniques, data insights and trending keywords to increase sales.
  • Plan and execute Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce ACOS.
  • Identify loopholes, apply growth hacks, and handle daily operational challenges effectively.
  • Coordinate with account managers and internal teams for faster resolution of issues.
  • Track daily performance reports, keyword rankings, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure catalog accuracy, pricing consistency, and high-quality content across listings.
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and suggest data-backed improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 Months of proven experience.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, ads, campaigns, and listing rules.
  • Knowledge of sales growth tactics, discount structures, and product visibility methods.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Must have prior experience handling multiple SKUs and categories.
  • Should be result-oriented, with a deep focus on sales numbers and return on investment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Connections or direct experience working with category or account teams.
  • Prior experience in books, toys, puzzles, or early learning products will be an advantage.
