About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible E-Commerce Accounts Executive to manage all finance-related activities across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will handle payment reconciliation, sales & return statements, GST compliance, and billing work in Busy Accounting Software for all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Snapdeal, Shopify, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily payment reconciliation for all online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Snapdeal, etc.)
  • Verify settlements, charges, commissions, shipping fees & penalties and raise claims when required
  • Track sales orders, returns, RTO, replacements, FBF/AFN/FBF return reports
  • Maintain and update sales registers, return registers & reimbursement sheets
  • Prepare GST reports, filing data, and reconcile GSTR-1 & GSTR-2B
  • Create and manage sales invoices, purchase bills & credit notes in Busy (Billing Software)
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer support teams for any account-related issues
  • Maintain accurate platform-wise MIS reports for management
  • Monitor debits, payment delays, tax errors, category penalties and raise tickets on time
  • Support internal audit requirements and maintain proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Accounts/Finance) preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Accounts / Marketplace Reconciliation
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Meeesho/Jiomart seller panels
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS & e-commerce taxation rules
  • Hands-on experience in Busy Accounting Software (billing, ledger, reporting)
  • Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, reconciliation sheets)
  • Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and manage multiple platforms
