As an E-Commerce Executive at Innovent Ecom LLP, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence on multiple online marketplaces including Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, Myntra, Amazon, and more. Your responsibilities will include product listing, creating engaging A+ content, managing customer inquiries, and enhancing our online visibility through strategic advertising.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Optimization**:

- List new products on various e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- **Advertising & Content Creation**:

- Develop and manage advertising campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Create compelling A+ content to enhance product listings.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to orders, returns, or product information.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Use Excel to track sales data, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our e-commerce strategy.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and marketplace policies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

**SHOPIFY MANAGEMENT**
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store.
- Update products, manage collections, and ensure the store's seamless operation.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product development teams.
- Communicate effectively in basic English to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
- **Marketplace Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of major e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Amazon.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- **Advertising Knowledge**: Familiarity with creating and managing online ad campaigns.
- **Content Creation**: Ability to create engaging A+ content for product listings.
- **Customer Service**: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- **Communication Skills**: Basic English proficiency for effective communication.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and marketplace updates.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with e-commerce management tools and software.
- Understanding of SEO and its impact on product listings.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating product images and promotional materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
