Regional Specification Head - South
for one of the leading companies in construction chemicals, admixture, waterproofing, flooring, repair & restoration.

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for leading specification selling in the South region. Achieve specification target and product approval with consultants, architects, developers, institutions, and industry Key accounts. Get MYK Arment approved in sectors wherever required. This role requires strong leadership skills, and technical expertise in handling Product Segments: Concrete Admixture, Waterproofing, Flooring, Repairs & Restoration in major market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of the specification selling. Achieve specification target and product approval with consultants, architects, developers, institutions, and industry Key accounts.
  • Get MYK Arment approved in sectors wherever required.
  • Handling Product Segments: Concrete Admixture, Waterproofing, Flooring, Repairs & Restoration in major market segments.
  • Identified, reviewed market potential, and generated leads for Construction Systems & Admixtures products through key customers and accounts.
  • Working with topmost consultants /Architects, Structural Engineers, and Government clients for product/brand approval and pushing all Construction Systems & Admixtures BU.
  • Identity set of stakeholders and marketed the products through various mediums while also promoting cross-selling of different products.
  • Supporting the team for Presenting, Promoting, Demonstrating, and specifying the company's full range of products in terms of Technical Submittals to Consultant, Structural Engineers, Architects, Key Accounts, Builders, and Government Bodies.
  • Prepared specification submittals and BOQ of the project as per the technical requirements of the project.
  • Training the team members on the product portfolio.
  • Conducting and Delivering Presentations in Engineers and consultants meet.
  • Mentoring the team the Individual for the business Objective, Driving the team with Leadership quality.
  • Regular Team Reviews on a monthly basis to evaluate the Individual performances and provide suitable guidance.
  • Create and maintain high market awareness of our Company's range of products by getting it specified in project tenders.
  • Coordinating with the Sales Team for Specification tender, quote, or bid for Specific contracting jobs and Sales Conversions
  • Develop and nurture executive relationships to deliver value with set of medium to large applicators, consultants, developers, construction contractors, etc. brief about products and systems to generate business.
  • Work closely with the sales team to help them achieve their sales target by converting the specification in our Favor for the projects where we are not approved or matching the specification.

Educational Qualifications And Experience

  • BE / BTech / BSC
  • Experience 12-17 years of relevant specification selling or construction chemical sales experience.
  • Proficiency in dealing with consultants, architects, developers, institutions, and industry Key accounts in the Southern region.
