Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily records of sales and purchases.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of stock.
- Update inventory registers or software accurately.
- Coordinate with suppliers for orders, delivery schedules, and payments.
- Generate reports on stock movement, sales, and purchase trends.
- Assist management in budgeting and forecasting inventory requirements.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Maintains stock levels and keeps records of goods received and issued.
· Support HR-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and PF documentation.
· Address guest or staff queries related to administrative matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BBA/M.COM /B.COM
· Proven experience in administration or office management, preferably in the hotel/restaurant industry.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month
